Talk to a registered government doctor over video from your phone or laptop. Free, in Hindi and English (many regional languages supported). Runs 9 AM to 8 PM daily. Register with your mobile OTP — Aadhaar not required. Good for fever, cold, diabetes, blood pressure follow-up, pesticide exposure, or a first medical opinion in a village with no doctor.
