2. Platform Description

KisaanJi is a connection platform that links farmers with buyers. We facilitate inquiries and communication but do not process payments or guarantee transactions between parties.

3. User Responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate product information, quality grades, and fair pricing. Buyers must make genuine inquiries. Misrepresentation, fraud, or spam will result in account suspension.

4. No Commission

We do not charge commission on transactions. Subscriptions (Basic/Professional/Enterprise) are for platform features only.

5. Data & Privacy

Your farm data is tenant-isolated and private. We never share your data with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Quality Grading

Quality grades (A+, A, B, C, D) are self-assessed by sellers unless third-party verified. We recommend verification for high-value transactions.

7. Government Schemes

Scheme information is for reference only. Final eligibility and approval is determined by the respective government department.

8. Limitation of Liability

KisaanJi is a connection platform. We are not liable for the quality, delivery, or payment of products transacted between users.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.
